MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT: I have read the BY-LAWS of this organization and promise to abide them. I promise to conduct myself in such a manner as to bring esteem to this club. When my connection with this organization is severed, either by expulsion, suspension, or expiration of membership, I will return all keys or any other property or finances belonging to the organization that I have in my possession. I understand that a Snowmobile Safety Course is mandatory for myself & family within one year of acceptance into the PA SNOWSEEKERS CLUB. I understand that each paid membership, whether it is for an individual or a family, is entitled to just one vote on any business, etc. brought before the club membership. I assume the responsibility for the actions of the members of my family and the club rules that pertain to them will be upheld. My initiation fee of $300.00 ($100.00 per year for the first 3 years) and my dues of $50.00 and $15.00 to P.S.S.A. will accompany this application for membership. Also, $60.00 is due at the end of the fiscal year in CREDIT POINTS FOR WORK DONE FOR THE CLUB. Annual points for the first three years must be earned at the clubhouse. All my monies will be refunded to me if the PA SNOWSEEKERS SNOWMOBILE CLUB, INC rejects my application. New application must be accompanied by check of $165.00 for three years.
