BOARD MEMBERS: Rich Hayes, Art Amsler, Mark Mueller, Dan Miller, and Mike McHugh.

It’s that time of the year again to elect new officers and board members. The election dinner meeting will be Thursday May 1st, at the Kaufman House at 6:00 p.m. Meals can be ordered from the menu and the general meeting will follow after dinner at 8:00 p.m. Please make an effort to attend this meeting because your vote counts.

Jim Hart has planned a work weekend for May 17th. He has an extensive list of things that need to be done. If you can please attend for all your help is needed.

For those who haven’t heard Ron & Judy Cehelsky resigned from the club last month. We are sad to see them go and would like to say thank you for all their help and dedication to the club over the years. They will be missed! They chaired the highway clean up committee, which will now need a new chairperson. Any volunteers???

Let’s not forget about the P.S.S.A. Spring Show, April 25th, 2003 in Edinboro, PA. Many things will be discussed and there will be a big display of sleds and accessories. If you can, please attend. If you have any questions please contact Jack Belsterling at 724-453-1119.

Mark Mueller and Rich Hayes are planning a trip to Alaska for 2005. There are not many details but, they suggested that if you would like to go start saving your pennies now. It sound like it will be a fun trip. More details will follow when available.

Other upcoming events are the canoe trip which will be on June 21st. Contact Mark Mueller if interested at 724-452-0836. Also, our annual golf outing will be August 2nd, with a 1:00 start. If interested contact Bill Eastley at 724-265-1893.

With the nice weather our annual outdoor summer meetings will be here soon. June 5th’s meeting will tentatively be held at the Hampton Park. The Kelly’s will be hosting the July 10th meeting and the August meeting is still open. If anyone would like to host a meeting please contact Jack Belsterling.
